Every issue

One thing I built or tested, and whether it was worth it.

No news round-ups, no hype threads. Just what I'm actually doing with AI that week, written up so you can steal it.

01

Agents I build

The agents and workflows I'm running day to day, with the exact prompts and setup so you can copy them into your own work.

02

Vibe-coded apps

Small tools I build with AI over a weekend. What worked, what broke, how long it took and what it costs me to run.

03

Model tests

New models and tools, tested on real tasks from my own work. Honest verdicts on what's worth paying for, not launch-day hype.

04

AI for go-to-market

What I learned running GTM at Trigify, rebuilt from scratch with the AI tools that exist today. Signals, outbound and growth.

I gave an AI agent my old job for a week

Day one, it booked three meetings and politely argued with a supplier. Day three, things got weird. Here's exactly how I set it up.

What I built

Copy my prompt

You are my ops lead. Every morning, read my inbox and…

Worth it?

7/10 Saved 6 hours. Cost me one apology email.

Who's writing this

Hi, I'm Hugo.

I co-founded Trigify, a signal intelligence platform that helps GTM teams spot buyers from social signals. In 2026 we sold it to HubSpot.

Since then, everyone asks: so, what's next? Honest answer, I don't know yet. So I'm building with AI every day. Agents, apps, automations, and plenty that breaks first time.

This newsletter is my notebook. Each week I share one thing I built or tested, exactly how I did it, and whether it was worth it.
